Help Me Please! - International Mobile to Mobile

I call a Papua New Guinea mobile from a uk mobile often and its hugely expensive. Even the 'Cheap International Calls' package by Mobile World costs me an absolute fortune (even though when I bought it the retailer told me I would be charged the same amount as an Australia call) Turns out Aussie is about 4p per min and PNG about 80p per minute! My homeline with BT doesnt even recognise the number I'm calling (tough luck they say) and overide numbers are such poor quality we get about a 5 second delay.
CAN ANYBODY OUT THERE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well although its not the cheapest rate you can call Papua New Guinea Mobile for 50p/min if you use the following acess number 0905 091 6813 and then the number you want to dial
