changes to T-mobile T&C's ...is it a change to contracts?

has anyone else recieved mail from T-mobile informing them of changes to the terms and conditions of their contracts? These are due to start on 14/6.08. Would these changes mean my contract has changed and if so could I cancel my current contract without penalty?

They are entitled to change it with 30 days notice and you can cancel IF it makes a significant difference to you. I haven't had such a notification, but if it's just about charging interest, there will be very few people who can use this as a valid grounds for cancelling.

    Hi Sid,

Yeah I read them. Your post seems to suggest no, unless you are in that situation? (overdue charges).

Or is it applicable to everyone?
Thats why I posted the question, no clear answer seemed to have been given.
