Recent cashback from onestopphoneshop

Was just wondering if anyone had received cashback from osps recently? I made a claim almost a month ago, but haven't got anything yet.... but my first claim took about 2 months (they blamed it on them being taken over by CPW). Has anyone received cashback from them in the last month or so?

it took six months to pay me back............and i also had to phone 4 times

I called them on Friday - current excuse is systems problem (relating to cpw takeover) requiring manual raising of cheques - 'should see cheques in next 14 days line from cs' they had no comment on when I might see my ten quid online extra discount from end May purchase (when it was ten quid and not a ten quid voucher)
