what sort of trusted review do you mean ?
remember that reviews of PC in PC mags usually only rate the PC and not the maker - they turn a blind eye to bad (or good) customer service and product reliability. some PM makers whose products get good reviews have iffy feedback eg Mesh and Eclipse
actually Mesh may be good if the PC works ...and even their customer service may have improved since they were on Watchdog.
as far as I can see you rarely hear a good word about Eclipse Computers of Coventry - lots of bad words !

£242 . HOWEVER, XP is a further £60 and then theres delivery, if you go onto the custom build bit you'll be able to add and take away whats important for you, the AMD athlon dual cores are not as good as the intel core 2 duo's but for what you want, a AMD athlon 5000 will be plenty and then some. On a budget i would stick to AMD.
