Taking an O2 contract through Dial-a-phone, MMS chargeable?

hi, thinking about taking an o2 contract through dial a phone that includes 500 txts, just wondering if that includes pic and video messages?

I know if I buy through O2 direct and send any MMS then they simply deduct 4 txts from my bundle rather than charge seperatly like Orange do.

Also if I bought through dial a phone, would I have to phone them with any account queries or would I just phone O2?

Please help!

I'm pretty sure that the mms will be deducted from your allowance as I currently have O2 contracts with Carphone Warehouse & Phones4U and they come out of the allowance, Dial-A-Phone just pass the details of your order to O2. Also as a note Video Calling is also included within your inclusive mins. Hope this helps

Your picture messages will come out of your bundle.

With unlimited texts, picture messages aren't included and obviously if you didn't have any sort of text bundle - but in this instance it will just be 4 units as usual.
