Well done Sherlock. After being on the wrong side of a stupid chargeback, there is no way you would put a smiley either!

I just assumed that anyone who had difficulties with paypal wouldn't be suggesting an idea that took away ALL the seller protection in one go and was basically an open invitation to ensure mayhem and problems with all transactions.

And I assumed anyone who thought they can dispatch after 120 days would believe anything.

My God, you're a rude person aren't you? Soolin is the epitomy of helpfulness and good grace on these boards so leave her alone and stop being an idiot

Not at all. But I think you are very rude calling me an idiot, back off. I have no interest in getting into an argument with anyone. I am simply frustrated with Paypal, who have charged back one of my transactions even though I have followed their rules to a tee. Having had a brief look around the net, there are many cases where this has happened and everyone who uses paypal should be very wary and careful when dealing with paypal. But in the end, each to their own....

Usually there's a rule that's been missed for this to happen - if not, you have grounds for appeal. Why not start a thread with the details... assuming it didn't happen years ago.
    My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j

It happened few days ago. Thanks fay, I have started a thread but am still trying to sort things through with paypal, but from what i have read in other sources about people with problems with similar issues, i don't rate my chances at all.
