:rolleyes2
Not sure why u illustrated the editing techniques by quoting two posters who both posted incorrect information.
Digs against me are like buses, none come then three come at once. :cool2:  :cool2:
It was not a dig. I've noticed you have a different way of quoting people which I find hard on the eye ( long). I've recently learnt how to do it and thought I'd share.
I quoted those 2 posts because that's what you copied. Nothing sinister.0 -
Just seen your edit. Confused now.Just in case u missed it Mr Sloughflint.
I draw your attention to Post No 7 in linked thread below and hope that you find the factual information useful.

Hopefully you recognise by Post No 7 of quoted thread in my earlier post that whilst you were correct according to Nationwide terms and conditions, the reality however is different, thus the statement u made as quoted below is not factually correct."Funds need to be there the day before unless your OD covers the amount."0 -
Sorry, I'm still lost BLF.
Are you correcting a mistake of mine? In which case thanks for that.
I still think what I've learnt is neat. I'd been wondering for ages how people here did this quoting directly to single posts and thought I'd share.
I think you've taken my innocent intentions badly. Oh well.0 -

I thanked you for the useful post because i found the information that you gave very useful and enlightening :T  :T
Im also going to vote your Post No 8 for Post of the Month. If u was female I would :kisses3:
Disadvantage of displaying quoted single threads in that manner is if the posters delete their threads the quoted meanings are lost. _pale_0 -

Afternoon, I was told by a Halifax customer service, that it will not be an instant transfer, only money to other Halifax and Bank of Scotland, however other banks under the HBOS holding comany will take 3-4 days. Sounds odd, anyone know if this is true?
So what is the actual rate of the yorkshire reg saver? I opened it up with it was 7%, I'm guessing everyone is on the same rate as it's a varible account. Is the bonus no withdraw bonus every year or just in the first year?
Thanks!0 -

Thanks!
Is 6.35% including bonus exactly as I posted.Being as a lot of people on here have Yorkshire BS accounts I believed posting the rate info asap was handy for people, what time Yorkshire BS happened to update its website was not within my control.
The bonus rules apply year on year.0 -
Well done BLF, lol. You've amended the posts.:T
Now where do you get your smilies from?
BTT, anyone here got the BM esaver YB mentioned? Any good?0 -
