    Thanks BLF...I think?!

    ACCESS SAVER: 3.65% (-0.35%).
Still got £150 in there for sentimental reasons (otherwise known as carpetbagging reasons! ;)).

    INTERNET SAVER: 5.70%(-0.05%).
Shipped out a long time ago! Now with BM eSaver @ (currently 6.5%)

    REGULAR SAVER: 6.35%(-0.25%).
Not as inviting as it once was is it? Hmmm, what to do with the ~£9K in there now?

    E-ISA: £20K - 5.75% (new tier).
Maybe I was a bit hasty in moving £20K+ from here to A&L's Direct ISA 4 last week...especially since that may see a 0.25% cut to 6% next week?

Cheers BLF, will be transferring most of my regular saver balance to the Birmingham Mids & Nationwide fixed rate Bonds.

Worth a mention that Bradford And Bingley are launching a 6.60% One Year Fix on 28th April, Minimum 1000.00.

For those whom have funds in say Yorkshire Regular Saver the advantage over Nationwide 6.60 E-Bond is that they can walk into a Yorkshire Branch get a cheque, take it to a Bradford and Bingley Branch and gain interest from day following receipt rather than having to wait for it to clear in Nationwides Flexi account.

Have I remembered correctly BLF. Has to be going for 12 months to receive the bonus? If so mine has to remain open until July when I will be looking for something else.

One withdrawal a year is allowed to still get the bonus, account can be maintained with min 10.00 a month. ;)

Worth keeping YBS RS open even if its only 100.00 balance + 10.00 a month. IMO

Well, I've changed my SO from £500 to £10 for starters, while I work out what else to do. Won't close it as it is the only Yorkshire BS account I have. B&B idea has its attractions.

I'd forgotten about the withdrawal too. Good thinking.

Hey YorkshireBoy and Bristol me old muckers!

Thanks for the interest rate info BLF. I'd kept an eye on their website but no clues. Had a feeling they'd be going down though. Where did you find these nuggets of info?

I got the Regular Saver at around the same time as everyone else when it was 7% (early last year) and have been wavering over whether or not to draw down and limit payments to £10 per month. Looks like it's a no-brainer now. I'm going to take out my money and put it into a fixed-term account at Kaupthing for a few months.

I opened a Lloyds 6.5% ISA a couple of weeks ago and asked them to request the full balance of my YBS E-ISA as the rate on that was WAY low.

    Can someone please remind me:

    - what's the minimum balance for a Regular Saver?
    - I've got an Internet Saver but seem to remember this was just to fulfil the requirements for another account - can anyone confirm? (Or was it just so I could get Internet banking? I can't remember!)
    - how do I get my money out of my Regular Saver? Can I do BACS via Internet banking or do I need to go to a branch?

    TIA

    Suze

    Hello Suzey,

Min balance would be £10 I would think, since that's the minimum monthly funding.

I seem to remember you opened the Internet Saver so you could view your new Regular Saver online. Maybe you could search back over your previous posts?

If you log into your account, you'll see you have an option to transfer out by BACS (4-5 day wait though!!). An alternative may be to get a cheque from branch and 'walk' it to your next provider as BLF says above?
