I will look for the claim form on this site, if not will go on hmcourts to find it, but I believe european legislation has now comes into force and there is a specific small claims procedure for transborder (I live in France) litigation. I will look into it anyway.

Hi,

I did go to HM Courts through moneyclaim online. Court replied back saying - they cannot send the claim to a PO Box address.

Then, I managed to get the addresses I mentioned and gave back to court. I also printed off copy of Claims from Court and posted to all the 3 addresses.

Eventually, I got reply and because Lufthansa did not reply in time, Court issued a judgement against them. Ultimately, they paid full ticket charges + County Court fees + Interest for the period...

Let me know how you get on with this...

There is no specific form to fill in if you are contacting Lufthansa directly. Just send a letter by recorded delivery, give adequate time to reply.

When it hasnot been replied in adequate time, go to HM County Court....and you can fill in your claim details...Court will send the paperwork to both the parties...

No, of course not, I was only talking about the form to introduce my demand in Court.
