Lufthansa Airlines Address

Hello,

I need helping in getting address of Customer Relations of Lufthansa German Airlines.

I sent them a moneyclaim.gov.uk notice to pay me for denied boarding.

The address mentioned on their website is:
Lufthansa German Airlines
Customer Feedback
PO Box 1289
Liverpool L69 3AX
United Kingdom.

Court has replied back to me saying - they cannot deliver claim form at a PO Box Address.

I tried googling but still did not manage to find an address without PO Box.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks

Thanks Andy for your reply. I did call customer service and asked address without any PO Box and they don't know any other address.

To me, the PO Box address appears to be a forwarding address to some other location.

I am not sure whether I can give moneyclaim - county court, Germany address of Lufthansa?

And would you like to tell us how you came to be denied boarding?

I booked tickets to Bangalore in India from Heathrow via Frankfurt.

On reaching Frankfurt, I was denied boarding against my wish as the flight was overbooked.

After 8 hours of haggling, I was rebooked for a flight back to Heathrow and then flight to Mumbai, India and then to Bangalore, India (From Jet Airways).

Ultimately, I managed to reach Bangalore 17 hours late then expected and after a lot of hassles. As per European Convention rules, I should have been informed regarding my rights for denied boarding and paid 600 euros for the same. But, they (Lufthansa) did not bother to reply to my email or recorded delivery letter. As a last resort, I sent county court notice to pay me.

Thanks for this address, I will submit this address to county court.
  • Hello,
    Was this address correct.

I am also facing a problem with the Lufthansa for a fancy application of the Montreal Convention and wish to take them to Court. I have asked them directly their address but they keep indicating the PO Box address.

So if anyone could tell me if the address was the right one, that would help. Thanks

This address is correct, but yoy may not get the reply from this address. I sent copies of letter to 3 addresses (including this one) which I found from www.yell.com and one of the Customer service did reply. Ultimately, at the end, I was paid all the money back....

Thanks, but I only need the right address for Court purposes only, so they would know where to forward my claim, since the only address I have is a Po Box address in Liverpool and PO Box address are not acceptable for Court

    Hi,

I think I gave following address to county court : Lufthansa German Airlines
    1 World Business Centre
    Newall Road
    London Heathrow Airport
    Hounslow
    [FONT=&quot]TW6 2RD .

And forwarded copy of the claim form (which you can print off online from moneyclaim website) to all other addresses...Heathrow and Manchester address (can be found on https://www.yell.com).
