Does that include the charge to the Council?
We had to pay £135 to the Council to submit our plans.
I think our guy charged us either £350 or £400 total (and that was with a site visit and EXTREMELY detailed drawings); but that's because he's new in the area and trying to establish himself with conservatory companie.sThat's Numberwang!0
