In the case of a problem not being sorted out (even by the manufacturer), we still have SOGA to fall back onto.

Agree Rex (seem to agree with you a lot today:D) - you wouldn't want to discount your options. I also read in uktim's earlier post that people using the SOGA do so to nitpick.

Given that this site is here to help ordinary folk with money issues, most posters do have valid complaints and queries and there are some great people willing to help and advise.
