Question about ISA transfers.

When asked for the address of your current bank, do you put down the local branch or the headquarters?

There should be a correspondence address on the paperwork you received from your current provider. That's the one you need to put on the transfer form. If there isn't an obvious one, rather than enter an incorrect address, I'd ring up your current provider and check with them first. Transfers take long enough, without giving them an excuse to make it even longer!

Many banks/building Societies have a separate department which deals specifically with ISAs - if you have any correspondence/documentation regarding your current ISA, the address on that paperwork is the one to use.
