you don't need to return to BT, try to sort the problem with your present supplier first, if you do end up leaving there are plenty of choices, plusnet (BT) being of them, though their traffic shaping policy would put me off. Another budget isp is newnet, slightly more expensive than PN, but without the draconian shaping, though, again, if you are being charged overuse now it suggests your usage is somewhat higher than you expect, and you may have to look at a more expensive package with any supplier. ask pipex for your usage figuresUtinam logica falsa tuam philosophiam totam suffodiant.0
