The Nutid 910S single oven is cheaper if you buy it seperately under Ikea Family discount offer they are doing at the moment. Normal price is £495. Family price is £369. 21% off price is £391.
Damn, this is the oven I've ordered, but last week. :(
I thought the worktop prices Ikea did were really good. What worktop was you going for?
Like me he'll have been looking at the custom fit work tops, which come precut with holes for the hob, sink, tap, etc.

just had ours fitted. Worktops are fine, and dirt cheap from Ikea, although the fitter moaned as they are not that dense, so the mitred joints were not gripping as well as in other worktops. Dont forget all your end panels, especially for the wall cupboards. Under plinth drawer is very handy, and Ikea have one of there range of handles that we have used, its basically a metal L shape, so you cant see the handle from above, it hides under the cabinet nicely. Don't forget the cutting tool if you have a stainless sink, otherwise your tap will have nowhere to go.
The under counter lights are good, but the cheap ones don;t have long connecting wires.
Also see if the taller 92cm wall cabinets will fit, as you'll get loads of extra high level storage for all the use once, then hide crap, that we all seem to have.
Screw the legs onto the base units when you fit them, saves lots of hassle when moving the unit around.

Yeah, we are getting ours delivered on 21 May! Am very excited although when we went there on Friday night to amend a couple of things and pay etc we were served by the worst assistant ever! She was so rude and uninterested in everything. Luckily I had gone through our plan and had marked the codes of everything we needed added on, Everytime she added something she would say "is that it now?" aaarrgghh! Once she had printed off our order i made my oh go through it with me before we paid and she had only changed about half of what we needed and had somehow removed the hob from the original order - she was not best pleased when we came back! I asked her about under cabinet lighting and all she said was that the lighting department was downstairs and this didn't form part of our kitchen (nor apparantly do any of the interior cupboard fittings?)

Anyway, we went for the tall wall cabinets as we are in an old flat in Edinburgh with high ceilings so the smaller ones would have been a waste. Totally forgot the cutting tool for the sink so will have to make another trip out there soon. We have gone for 3 plinth drawers and didn't even think about handles - those ones you mention sound ideal though!

I just hope I can get this fitted (by my dad apart from the gas hob) before baby makes an appearance! (due first week of July!)

The handles are called Strecket £4 for two. With the under cabinet lighting, I have used a 2 core switch on the cable and daisychained them all together. I needed to use another length of 2 core cable and a couple of connecting units (switch and connectors not sold at ikea) to connect to the light on the other side of the hob. Means they all switch on together with a discreet switch hidden under the unit by the door.

If you are using the corner cupboards with swingout baskets, you need to make sure you fit the next cabinet on the outside of the metal bracket, otherwise the doors won't open.

You might also wont to fit a peice of cheap wood (don't use and end panel, as you wont see it) to the side of the corner units so you don't lose things down the gap. When you've built them you will see what I mean.

don't forget to fit the drawer dampers into the runners before the drawers go in either.

When I collected my kitchen I got 5 trolleys of mine, and one of someone elses, so check yours carefully, it was a nightmare to sort.
