Communications Complete

I was hounded by phonecalle telling me how Communications Complete could alter my mobile phone charges, if, upon contract renewal I took up a contract with them on the 3 Network.
Firstly, how and why did they have access to my renewal information and secondly, whilst the monthly payments were a fraction of my current bill - why oh why did I commit to the 18 month contract.

I was offered 6 months at half price and the remaining 12 months was going to be paid back to me by cheque to do what I wanted with.

Well, you guessed it, communications Complete went into liquidation and 3 would not commit to the payment offer I'd signed up for. needless to say I paid £33 a month for 12 months for nothing.

I complained to the Liquidator and completed all the necessary claim forms to no amends and 3 didn't want to know.

Any way of getting this money back - what a total waste of money. I am now on a pay and go and manage finances on this so much better on o2.
