Buying from Aria?

I have never bought anything from this site before, they seem to have some really good deals on dvd writers and MP3 players, can anyone tell me if they are okay to buy from?

I've used them once or twice and they were fine, the goods arrived in a timely manner and were all present and correct. The only thing I would say is that they use an obscure courier (to me anyway) someone I'd never heard of; cant tell you who it was though. So I'd make sure I was going to be in all day on the delivery date, just in case.

Bought a TFT Monitor a while back. Incredibly quick P+P and I'm from N.Ireland. I have heard a few negative reports about their afterservice etc but so far I'm a happy punter. You'll get negative stories about every company, I guess.....

Yup, I've bought from them before. Arrived as promised and was happy. Returns needed a bit of chasing up but it went through ok in the end. At least they answer their phones.

I have bought from there shop in Manchester and have found them very reliable. Have also found them ok when ive had to return stuff.

If you live around the manchester area i would advise going to aria's show room to save on the P&P and the waiting around for the postman.

Bought memory from them but never again - had to keep returning it (and paying postage) but it kept failing and they wouldn't accept that it was. Finally I threw it away, accepted my loss, and decided to buy from a company with better after-sales service.

Have used them quite a bit, have always found them reliable.

Had a dodgy monitor on one occasion and had no problem getting a replacement.

I bought a TFT Monitor of them 6 months ago, everything went ok. Very quick P+P.

I used them recently for RAM, speakers and a hard drive. No problems whatsoever and very friendly & helpful on the phone.

I bought a tft monitor from them and it arrived the next day, also bought a wireless kb & mouse and arrived very quickly too.
P&P can be a bit expensive but worth it really when u consider how quick they deliver.
