tax credit renewal?

hi all,

When do tax credits send out a renewal form and is this the one that you can confirm your income off your p60 (whereas the income would of been estimated previously)?

  • Hi,

This comes out between April and July of this year, and is the one where you put your real earnings in from your P60.

    Thanks

    O
  • If you have not had your renewal by the middle of June you should start calling to chase it up as most should have gone out by then

i've just given my details over the phone to renew my claim . How long does it take for them to process this through does anyone know ? I'm sure i will get a few extra £ which would come in very handy at the mo .
  • If nothing else needs confirmed it should only take a few days to process and issue a new award. You should normally receive a new award within 7 - 10 days.

Mine took about a week and half to be updated and for £700 owed to be put into my bank account. :j
There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.

Great news for you. Question : Did you receive the FINAL paperwork reward then the money into your bank account. Just my provisional paperwork is saying nothing is owed back to myself. Rang them back again this morning and said "This could change but didn't know of any figures as the computer updated on a daily basis". Also my figures for 2008/2009 could also change:confused: Awful isn't it as I would really like to budget over the next week or so to know where we all are.

I'll be gutted if there isn't any underpayment as we had hardly any money for 2007/2008.

    Any advise would be great.

We received the final award first and the money was credited to our account a few weeks later. That was April 2006 though.
