Hi there, i signed up to bt broadband on the 31st aug and i have an activation date for the 7th sept. Does anyone know if BT have a colling off period after the activation date whereby i can cancel if im not happy.
Ive tried searching their t&c on bt.com but cant find anything.
Im sure everything will be fine and I wont need to cancel but was just wondering,
Can anyone help.
Thanks in advance!

the cooling off period would be 7 days after you order - like any other company has - activation is deliabely 7 working days (2 days more than cooling off period) - so it doesnt cost the ISP an arm and a leg, if they get it activated, and the customer changes their mind0
