Hi Guys
My Contract Has Expiered With 3 And I Called 3 Network To Provide Me With Unlock Code FOR LG U8120, Its Seemed All Fine Untill They Asked Me To Pay £15 For "administration Charge".
I Told Them Its Not Right To Charge Customers After Contract Has Finished, Because Its Not Customer Who Have Put The Restriction On At The 1st Place.
But The Team Leader Kept Telling Me He Have To Charge Me £15 For This.
So Now I Need To Unlock The Phone, And Need Your Help.
Can You Please Advice Me How?

3 charged me £15 to unlock mine (well this one was an 8110).
After a month, no unlock code had been provided, so they refunded me the £15 back to the credit card from where it came (EDIT : they agreed that I had waited far too long and willingly refunded when asked) and I paid £10 to a market trader who unlocked it via cable in less than 5 minutes. He also unlocked an on-contract newer U8138 for the same price, so an older 8120 should be do-able for the same price.
The phone is now used as a spare with an Orange PAYG SIM and I took out a new contrat with 3 for yet more silly money (e2 save £6.67 a month after cashback for 18 months for 500 minutes and 100 texts per month and another U8120 phone). How 3 will survive with such crazy deals and high churn rates as a result I just do not know.
Still have 2 Three contracts, costing me buttons.0 -

The guy who owns 3, a billionaire from the Far East, has got deep pockets.0
