Before you buy a wireless dongle do you know if the hospital definately has Wireless access point syou can coonect to? If not there's no point buying a dongle.
It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die

But if you are out of town how will you connect and do email to family around the world...wait till you get home? Send pics.. use skype... it could be money well spent while travelling, for future use, and when you are home in the garden.
