Switching from tiscali to BT

My tiscali broadband contract is coming to an end on 17 June. I have decided to
move to BT bb option 3 .
Apprecaite if anybody could tell me about the switching process. When to cancel
and request MAC codes etc.. so that I dont get any extra tiscali bills after my contract
ends.

Hi Joe,
I'd try requesting your MAC Code from Tiscali 2-3 weeks before your contract is due to expire with them. That'll give you enough time to get the MAC Code and have your migration order completed before your next months bill is charged.“Official Company Representative
