Help !!!!
Has anyone had experience of the costs of hacking off old render and re-rendering. The property in question is a large 3 bed end terraced so 3 walls in all. Difficult to gauge total square meterage so price per m would help.
The property has penetrating damp so must be repaired.
Is it possible to patch repair the walls to a good standard.
Any tips/advice much appreciated.

Hi, I'm bumping this up since I've got the same question following a homebuyers survey and just trying to look through old posts to find an answer.. I'm thinking the costs of replacing all 3 walls might be too much, but if it can repaired satisfactorily then that might do that job.
Anyone?

Thanks one and all. Now certain I am going the patch repair route. Will hire scaffolding and hack off blown render myself. A justified excuse for buying the Dewalt demolition hammer I have my eye on.
The walls have a few lengthy cracks on them so will check if blown before hacking off otherwise I will just fill them as advised.
