Orange appear to have permanently barred the Pre-dial orange access numbers at source.(Thats what the announcements says anyway!!!) This means you cant reach them from any network,or from a landline. The o2 access number still appears to be working at the moment, will check after 7pm

Yes thats one of the downsides. As soon as the Mobile Police  see large amounts of traffic going through a particular number on a regular basis, they tend to look at it more carefully,to see if they are losing revenue. As has recently happened with Simply-Fone (T-Mobile) alas.

No. Orange have barred the numbers for life at source. So you cant ring it from mobiles or landlines.Nowt to do with T-Mob.Its Orange who were not happy with the way they were being used.

You can still the use the o2 access no from your T-Mobile cross network minutes.(Only at evenings and weekends and to less destinations mind you.)

  • Any news with this- the pre-dial service was so good, all I have is bags of (3000) daytime mins to orange/landline and 50 mins per day (on line 2 everyday 50) for orange/landline/0845 numbers. Any way I can use my ED50 to call spain landlines? Am missing everlasting minutes.

1.The situation regarding Pre-Dial remains as last reported by me.

    2. A new provider https://www.phonebird.co.uk offers 0845 access to Spain on
0845 236 2473.(Note you do have to dial the number in full Intl Format.)
