Is it just me or Orange penalizing me for giving them more business???

I recently phoned up Orange to enquire about an upgrade. Due this month or so I thought. I was then told that because I had taken pout Orange broadband in may last year m contract had been reset and I was not eligible for an upgrade till December 08. This was not explained to me when I called and I find it hard to believe that they are un-willing o do anything. I spoke with one of their call centre staff and he said that I was regarded as a high user and I have also been with orange for about 7 years. Is there anything I can do?

That was the deal to get the free broadband - you had to restart your contract.
Not a lot you can do at this stage, it looks too early for you to upgrade.0 -
I'd try phoning them again, a different CS rep might give you a different answer.
I took up the offer of free broadband a couple of days after starting a 12 month mobile contract and was told the broadband contract was for 12 months. I cancelled my mobile contract last week and there was no mention of the broadband contract.0
