my son can't phone home or anyone phone him cos of the expense...he has to pay for calls to his mobile etc...what can we do for him???
he has payg vodaphone. :'(

    Tell him to get a local sim card for his phone then at least he won't pay to receive calls.

    Then you sign up to alphatelecom and choose Europe Plus and then you can ring him for 16p a minute.

    This is the cheapest I have found for Bosnia but if anyone  knows of anything cheaper I would like to know it too
