stolen phone, is my contract cancelled?
hi,
Had my phone stolen over the weekend during the newcastle sunderland game, it was left in the car :embarasse.
Anyways, I got home, phoned up O2 cpw to block it and they did. Is my contract now cancelled, as in I won't be billed for any further months?
Also, I was getting cashback too, I was in my last month of the contract and I need the 12th months bill. Will I still get that?
Another point I was going to get an upgrade, if my contract has been cancelled or I have been disconnected can I still get my upgrade? Was going to do it through O2 this time.
Thank you

Your contract won't be cancelled. You should receive a replacement sim in the next few days. Also, you can upgrade in month 11 of a 12 month contract.0

its not canceled, you need to ask them for a replacement sim and get a new phone by:
claiming through insurance
or buy one from o2
or buy one somewhere else and unlock it

If you're insured you can replace the phone on insurance and still upgrade at month 11 x0
