    Have i missed something?
As for the baby feeding thing, it isn't that, of course you make up your own mind.
Thing is, if the site starts pointing you to links that are nothing more than money making shemes then the whole concept faulters.

I struggled and grrrr'd through the traffic on the web but got 2 rooms for £1 (ones in poland if anyone wants it....looks like its no where near an airport...worth a long shot and a quid though!) and the other im thrilled with....1 hour drive from home and hopefully someone will take pity on my plight and babysit for me and DH (mother dear!) we really need some time alone and a break so £1 is FANTASTIC ......of course the web traffic was evil but what person wouldn't try and get a room?:T

    So leave the site.

Surely, by your twisted logic, most links are money making schemes?
If you click on a link to an insurance provider / comparison site, Martin may get a commission. That's a money making scheme.
If you click on a link to a great offer posted on the forums, the company in question gets a sale. That's a money making scheme.
So should we remove ALL links to money making schemes and let users find out for themselves the hard way?

The concept is simple - Money Saving - and Martin goes a long way to help achieve this. If people are naive enough to barge in and book a hotel room for £1, without considering that they'll have to travel (and therefore how much that will cost), then they're stupid. It's a huge sweeping statement that'll get me into a lot of trouble, but quite frankly, I'm sick of people expecting information to be handed to them on a plate, for free. What the !!!! do they ever give in return?

In the time it's taken them to complain, they could have spent that time more wisely i.e. getting out of debt, researching the offer etc.

Of course you are my dear chap which is why, when looking at your profile,we see that your occupation is listed as " internet " and your homepage is something called
" themoneychallenge.wordpress.com " which when we go there we're greeted by the following message
    Not Found

Oh no! You're looking for something which just isn't here! Fear not however, errors are to be expected, and luckily there are tools on the sidebar for you to use in your search for what you need.

So we go to the sidebars and what do we find - nothing except some websites I've never heard of called Cash Back Chief, Free Fivers and Money Back Madness .

Mmm ...I see what you mean about " getting sick of people expecting information to be handed to them on a plate for free " which, of course, is the whole purpose of www.moneysavingexpert.com.

    Hey ho !

Has anyone used this hotel booking site recently ?

It never seems to appear in newspaper articles about such booking sites yet is obviously a massive one in Germany with a lot of commercial clout.
