Virgin media help

Dear All,

Can anyone help I signed up to VM about a year ago on the 2 4£20 deal so I have the internet and television anyhow after about 4months I had to move out and because I was only renting a room everywhere I moved didnt want me to get the VM installed..

Anyhow now I live somewhere nice now but there is already VM here and if I cancel VM will charge me the remainer of the contract.. about £160.00

But as I have put the contract as I have told them I have moving and so they are just charging me £5 a month till I move into my new home... Now if I carry on paying this till the 12 is up then I can cancel I have done my 12 month contract surely then there is no way they can recover the extra monies off me...??????

No idea if they'll chase the money off you, however ultimately you've signed up for the service & entered the contract, therefore should see it through or pay it off.

I wouldn't be surprised if you had some form of contact from them soon asking if you've moved.
