I don't know whether this is tricky or not. I have a foreign freind from India. She normally buys her skype credit by using her billing address in India and pays by paypal. So she no needs to pay for vat. She told me about that last month. So I did try by using her address in India. Now I bought unlimited UK for only £3.90 (no vat charge). Is this illegal?
