Help - Need to get onto the contract mobile ladder!

Cris
Cris Posts: 1 Newbie
Hello all, this is my first post on MSE!
I'm leaving the company I worked for the last 12 years to go into contracting and setting up my own ltd company. The current employer had provided me with a mobile phone for the last 6 years, and broadband for the last 4 years and never needed to get my own.

I would like a mobile to get a contract mobile that has more talk minutes than texts, allowing to talk cheap/free with my partner and also to make calls to EU countries. My partner has a Vodafone PAYG phone spending about £30 every 6 weeks and to her it is vital that she keeps the same number. My questions are as follows:
- Is it worth me getting a contract mobile that throws in free broadband (I can't get above 2Mb broadband where I am)?
- Is it worth incorporating her mobile and my new mobile on 1 contract? Does it work out cheaper that way?
- Can I get cheap calls to EU countries on some tarrifs?
Thanks in advance for your help.
