Update: Yesterday i've tried to install a java application (opera mini) which failed. Restarted my phone and got Configuration error, contact service provider / network operator

I was able to receive calls and watch music, but no other functionaltiy

Walked in to CPW oxford street branch and asked to re-flash software. Lady on service desk informed me that they don't have expertise and will replace with brand new handset, if purchased instore. (also she did something on phone)

After that i noticed, my phone is completely dead.

Rangup E2save and they agreed to exchange, but no stock!! I've to wait until new stock arrives. Will try to negotiate for some freebies, for the inconvenience caused

waited over phone for more than 30 minutes to get somebody in E2save to answer

Looks like high demand for phone. I'm still waiting for replacement handset as they are out of stock at the moment. According to e2save they are expecting delivery of new batch by mid next week.

They promised line rental refund for 15 days, which makes total of 10 months half price
