What are your monthly Text and Mins allowances?

looks like you have gone over your allowance of mins and texts. is the bill itemised? if its not ring them and see if you can get an itemised bill online or if they can send you one,
if all the calls are correct and your on the talk plan you asked to be on then you have to pay the bill
