            Many thanks,
am I correct in thinking the PUK code is required to unlock a SIM?
Should I be able to change SIM and GO?
Can i still unlock it without PUK if i change SIM?
Thanks again

Yes, the PUK code relates to the sim, you can either get the PUK from the network that issued the sim card, or replace the sim card with one that hasn't been locked, (PUK code will only be asked for after 3 wrong attempts on the PIN code).====0
