I have a Panasonic Sky digibox - Does anyone here know if it will work with that?

    Many thanks

I got a very cheap Panasonic DSB30 Sky Digital box of ebay this week and using one of these remotes with it.

It works perfectly with SAT code 278

For me, this thing is next to useless. It only worked on my TV, failed on my: JVC Hifi, Sagem Freeview STB, Skyworth DVD player and Philips TV. Wouldn't learn on any of them. It's an impressive bit of kit though - if it worked!

I have it working on my Philips TV but it will not learn new keys. It works on my Humax PVR8000T by learning all the keys in VCR mode. Does not work on my Dreambox so far.

The learn function is not working with some original remotes, as it says 'success' but the learnt keys do not work

The learn function does not appear to work with my Toshiba TV.

This is still very good value for money. I however had bought the previous TEVION model from Aldi few months ago and the new one is unfortunately a bit of a dissapointment compared to the old one. The older device seems to have a longer range to function and doesn't need to be pointed directly towards the devices and also has an unlimited number of keys that it can learn unlike this one when the memory gets full after about 50 keys learned.
Do I want it? ......Do I need it? ......What would happen if I don't buy it??????

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has helped.

Just another question - I have the remote now working with sky digital, can anybody help me set it up with Freeview as well?

    Many thanks.

    Kind regards

Hmmm, I've now tried to get it to 'learn' codes from three different remotes (Toshiba, Aiwa & Pioneer). After spending quite a long time trying this I've only successfully programmed one key (and I'm unable to repeat that). I'm not impressed.

Mine will learn, but forgets when you go back to the main box.
    Anyone any ideas why?
    Thanks
