That is an outreagous comment to make  , you probably !!!! all your money down the pub's toilet! Would it not be better to give some of it to cancer research and find a cure for cancer!

ps. I lost my mother and mother in-law both to cancer recently.

And the answer to the survey is.. yes they made the effort to run in the marathon...let them keep the money for Cancer Research.

NO I wouldnt ask for it back, but would never sponsor someone £50 anyway, £5 is my limit.
I donate a monthly sum to animal:money: and environmental charities by DD and they are the causes I feel most strongly about donating larger sums to.

Yawn... So a few pompous 'scientists' have chimed in with their propaganda...

If the CR work is so important why do they rely on the guilt and stupidity of the public to line begging bowls?

Surely the government would be only to pleased to fund all this stuff no matter what the cost right? LOL!

Have you not heard of the NHS?

Oh, and by the way, it's "only too pleased" not "only to pleased" :rotfl:
    Trust me - I'm a scientist!!!

Mortgage - too big to comprehend!

    CC debt - none!

    Bump!

Then the NHS and NICE want to fund these procreation technologies, which have been shown to be no more effective than natural conception (just ask Prof Lord Robert Winston).

As to the MMD, I wouldn't ask for the money back, but the next time that friend asked for sponsorship, I'd say no. Also, I don't have 50 quid to put away on charity anyway.
