what's going on with them? for years now when i've phoned up it's been an English call centre.just rung them and could hardly understand a word-i had to speak to two different people.a BAD move if you ask me

this was the mobile people and i'm presently waiting for the woman to ring me back.she said 2 mins but that was before i first posted.probably looking for a manual for my fone so she can help me! help.i only rang in the first place to ask why a txt i'd sent just after 12 was pending-never had that before.the guy then told me he was putting 10p on my fone cos i had to resend the txt whilst speaking to him.the thing is though i don't have money on the fone it just comes out the bank every month.

i rang em back and this time i got London i think.mind you i did go for option of technical problems.the guy i spoke to said it would have been the call centre in Johannesbourg and that i should ask to be put through to a UK call centre if i'm having probs understanding them.i sure will.saw a telly program a few weeks back about these call centres sprouting up over there.
