Help Network Lock

Can anyone tell me how to check which network my phone is locked to, ie to vodafone only - without trying a load of network simcards - is there a way to check??

    Did you just find the phone in the back of a drawer?

    Lost my phone, got this old one (Nokia 6600) from my cousin. No branding on phone, but wont accept his 3 network sim.

    Now can you answer the question :rolleyes:

    Ask your cousin, otherwise you are stuck with all that trying out your mate's sims till one registers. (You only got 3/4 left to try)

    This won't harm either the SIMs or the phone.
