BT wholesale?

Can anyone tell me anything about Elite? I have been told they are a part of BT, but do BT Wholesale, not retail, and can give me half price line rental and cheaper calls etc.. The service is just as it was under BT, but is cheaper.
I only use BT for line rental, and use Skype out, with Skype pro, for most landline calls.

BT Wholesale only deal with Service providers as customers, as they're a Wholesale company (clue is in the name
). BT Retail is the only BT service you'll be able to get in terms of landline/broadband services for a member of the public. 0 -
