                    I decided to get a Samsung E-900 phone on o2 (1200 minutes, £15/month) from e2save.
Just a few problems...
Firstly, e2save seem confused over how their cashback offer operates - differing information is supplied by e-mail, the website and upon supply of phone - so it is unclear what the timescales are to submit claims
Secondly, the Samsung E-900 was supplied with the wrong battery - the battery is too big!

regarding cashback try using search to understand the process - it's been discussed to death and we *really* don't need another thread on it
