I got this email this morning from Pigsback about my missing voucher (supposedly sent on August 10th) and have now received my points back but its not looking like they want to tie themselves down to a date as to when the vouchers may be back on site...have over 30 quids worth of points now but I'll try to be patient (not one of my strengths) and wait until they are back...

Thank you for your email.

Please accept my apologies for the problems you are experiencing with your voucher. When we put these on site, we did not realize the huge demand we would get for them. At present we are waiting for a new delivery of stock from our supplier. We are also in talks with the supplier to get the maximum amount that we can order, increased, but as im sure you can appreciate, these things take time. The vouchers have been taken off the site, temporarily, so that a backlog of orders does not get out of control. They will be put back on site once this matter has been resolved. Again, please except my apologies for the delay in sending out your voucher, we will send it out to you as soon as we can.

I got the same email as you supersaver, right down to the same person, how lucky we are.

i sent a third email asking for my points to be recredited as i'd not recieved my love to shop voucher. this time they replied and said they'd not got my other emails adn that my voucher was sent in august (ha!). then said they'd credit back my points (which they have done). so why say they sent it? odd.
will get some CD wow vouchers me thinks!

I emailed constantly every 2 days for a fortnight to get that reply, finally gave up and phoned their office to ask why they don't answer emails and got told to send it again. Miraculously that one was answered telling me they had a record of replying to my other emails (yeah right!!) ....funnily enough, I got the emails they claimed they had sent days ago 2 hours AFTER the one I copied and pasted about. I find it unlikely that I would receive some of their replies and not others - don't think they were ever sent and the first ones were just ignored cos it was about a missing voucher!
