A&L Premier ISA-Issue 2 or not?

I've just opened an A&L Current Account (8.5% APR) and thus qualify to open their Premier ISA-Issue 2 (10% Gross AER Variable). I have around £2K to put in an ISA. Should i go for this one, or go for one of the MSE recommendations (eg; Barclays 6.5% APR)? Many thanks.
