watching stream t.v from p.c

l will grateful if anyone can give me some info on this. l read that someone was charged something like 75p per minute by the b.b provider for watching a couple of t.v programmes on their p.c just ordinary i.t.v. or something l cant remember what. does anyone know anything about this and if so would it be for english t.v. or satellelite or both- thanks in advance

thanks for your quick reply, thats interesting but l realise that l forgot to say that it was the b.b.provider. charging the money not the t.v.provider0

Do you have a link to the bit where someone said that?
Sounds like someone might have been charged extra for over their bandwidth allowance.0
