eBay negative feedback - HELP!

After over 100 good sales I have today receievd a negative feedback from a USA buyer.

They had no intention of buying the product, just to cause trouble.

Does anyone know if this can be removed? The eBay website does not seem to think so.......

  • if you fill out a complaints form or something, there is a way to get it removed. Can't remember the procedure but if you email ebay help and ask they will give you the link to the form.

    Good luck

  • Checked the website, but they say cannot do a thing as it must be mutual between buyer and seller - the seller did not reply to my invoices or emails, just left negative feedback.
  • If you email them and report the user, they may get suspended and I'm sure ebay would be nice and remove it if that happened.

As I said, email the info address and they can only help :)

Post the buyers address in your feedback & you can be sure both feedbacks will be removed, either by ebay or the buyer will agree by mutual consent....
Might also help if you throw in a swear word or two....

You can post a comment that will appear next to his feedback explaining the situation to any users wanting to see why you got negative feedback. With >99% positive feedback, it shouldn't give you too many problems
