As i have various free SIMS now I was thinking if me and my hubby have same network provider is there any that offer free calls to same network ?

No it doesnt make commercial sense.
Some networks offer such a facility but it needs you to top up.

not free, but cheap:
Vodafone Family would give you free calls between any of your two and a couple of other nominated numbers if you want, costing £5 a month on one SIM
O2 has a £5 a month add-on for unlimited calls (1000 minutes fair use) to up to 10 favourite O2 numbers0
