BT Total Broadband

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can give me some help? On 7th May i should be receiving my BT total Broadband home hub,hub phone and installation disc etc.

Was just wondering how easy it is to install it all? Im a bit of a novice when it comes to this sort of thing, also not 100% sure what the hub phone is? Do i use it instead of my home phone? Doh?!

How it works

When your broadband is activated, you will receive a new BT Broadband Talk phone number – in addition to your existing phone number.

Then all you need to do is activate your account, plug in your phone and dial the number – just like on an ordinary landline phone.

And don't worry, your existing phone number will still work and you can make and receive calls over both this and your BT Broadband Talk number at the same time.
