The "new direct mini cash ISA" was never mentioned and was not on the website,and to be honest is 0.10%worth it? also their attitude re ID was abhorrent to say the least and i will not subscribe to them, but if you want their landline number it is:-

I`m afraid because of the money laundering rules that all providers tend to be rather strict for new customers.
