Quick question about e2save returns?

Hi

I phoned up e2save about my faulty phone and they told me the address to send it to and gave me a returns number. He said to send the phone back to keep hold of any accessories. I then asked if I should keep the battery and he said no send the handset, battery, charger and manual back to them.

So do they basically want everything they sent me other than SIM and contract documentation as I didn't order any additional accessories.

Thanks
Craig

You just need to send the basics they asked for; you'll end up with spare accessories in all probability. Quote the refence number; the replacement should be sent out very quickly and a cheque for the postage at their standard rate.
