Yep I agree, even better value with FFOC discount on top :money:"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,

Hi poppycat. My hubby removed the pollen filter on our Focus for some reason or another and the seal got damaged. He didn't think anything of it until it rained. We got a free waterfall in the passenger foot well, and I mean a waterfall. It was horrendous.
We went all over looking for a seal and we did find one in the end.
I'll ask him tonight what it was and where it came from and post back if you haven't sorted it out by then.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
Thanks Shelly I have heard of problems with leaking water from the pollen filter but unsure if will its the new type Focus or the old type or both0

Its the old shape focuses that have this problem 98-04 reg I believe(MK1/1.5).
Normal signs that you need it replacing are water in the passanger cabin and condensation inside the car.
Luckily the person who I bought the car off had already replaced the cover with the new version but I still had water coming in from my rear lights:rolleyes:"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,

Ours was an 02 reg without the drip tray thingy.
Anyway, hubby said the seal stuff he bought was Butyl seal, its like a plasticine. He got it from a garden centre.
Not much to go on but HTH:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
