Orange Price Plan Change
Hi,
I've just called Orange to downgrade my price plan to the lowest one possible. But, I was told that I can only downgrade by one service plan. Currently I am on Dolphin 35 so would only be allowed to downgrade to Dolphin 30. Does this sound right? I'm 10 months into an 18 mnth contract.

It used to be one downgrade a month, try ringing them next month to downgrade again.You're Damned If You Do & You're Damned If You Don't.0

I would challenge them and ask them to prove when this was introduced. It may have been introduced in the last 10 months and may not apply to you.0
